DP Tutorials Refund Policy

Refund Request Eligibility

  • Time Frame for Request: A refund request is considered valid if submitted within 24 hours from the time of purchase. This includes purchases made directly from our website such as courses OR purchases made through Google Forms such as our SAT Batch

  • Procedure for Request: The request must be made via email to dptutorials.website@gmail.com, including the student’s email and phone number used during registration with DP Tutorials with Subject Line – “REFUND REQUEST”

Conditions for Refund Consideration

  • Technical Issues: Refund requests will be considered if there are persistent technical issues with the course that cannot be resolved, significantly hindering the learning experience. 

  • Instructor Non-Compliance: If the instructor fails to deliver the course as scheduled without providing reasonable alternatives or compensations.

  • Misrepresentation: If the course was marketed with misleading information regarding its content, duration, or outcomes.

  • Content Discrepancy: If the course content does not align with what was promised at the time of purchase.


Conditions for Refusal of Refund

  • Course Type: No refunds for online or offline workships, ECA Adda.

  • Previously Exchanged Courses: Courses obtained through a previous exchange based on a refund request are non-refundable.

  • Community Guidelines Violation: Breach of community guidelines negates eligibility for a refund.

  • Course Completion: If a significant portion of the course has been completed or certificates have been issued.

  • Non-attendance or Minimal Engagement: Lack of or minimal participation in the course does not qualify for a refund.

Refund Process

  • Confirmation of Processed Request: Following a successful refund request, the user will receive a confirmation email from dptutorials.website@gmail.com, including the Transaction ID or Reference number.

  • Course Removal: The refunded course will be removed from the user’s profile. Re-enrollment requires a fresh purchase.

  • Refund Payment: Refunds are issued to the same bank, mobile financial service account, or card used for the original transaction, within 10 days of the approved request.

  • Confirmation of Refund Completion: An email will be sent to the user upon completion of the refund process.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility and Procedure: Similar to refund requests, an exchange request is valid if made within 24 hours of purchase via email to dptutorials.website@gmail.com, with necessary student details.

  • Conditions for Exchange: The course can be exchanged only if it has not been exchanged before. The new course must be of the same or higher price. Additional payment is required if the new course is more expensive. For example, for purchasing a new course of 3000 Taka and having a course refund request of 2000 Taka, you have to make the additional 1000 Taka purchase. In this case, we will send you a promo-code to avail the discounted price.

Terms & Conditions Amendments

  • Authority of DP Tutorials: DP Tutorials reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as necessary, on a case-by-case basis.
